Two hours from Paris, on the left bank of the Loire, between Burgundy and Berry, the Camping de l'île borders the flowered city of Cosne-sur-Loire. Bordered by the Loire, the campsite faces the largest "natural" and wildest river in Europe. A place of relaxation and leisure, the Loire Valley offers canoe trips, bike rides and beautiful walks in a relaxing setting. We have 131 spacious and delimited pitches, including 6 latest-generation mobile homes, on a 4 ha plot. Our vineyards, close to Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire, produce highly appreciated wines under the A.O.C. label "Coteaux du Giennois". Another key product: "Crottin de Chavignol", a goat cheese made locally using an ancestral technique, recognised by an A.O.C. The Camping has all the necessary information to discover the surrounding towns, our cuisine, local products and all the attractions of our region.
