The Black Forest is the highest and largest continuous low mountain range in Germany. It is located in the south of the country, in the southwest of the federal state of Baden-Württemberg. The Kirchzarten campsite is located in the southern Black Forest not far from the city of Freiburg. For a city trip this place is the optimal starting point.
